Port Angeles Fresh 2025
Port Angeles Fresh is a collaboration of farmers. We are committed to offering food straight from the farm that is accessible to all. Each farmer of PA Fresh promotes and facilitates a culture rooted in local food and is committed to agricultural practices that nurture our soils and sustain a larger ecosystem. As a collective we offer a diverse range of products from poultry, pork, beef, and lamb to fruits, veggies, and bread.
How PA Fresh membership works:
You invest upfront with the amount you choose (from $200-$500).
With a PA Fresh membership, you can shop for any of our products at any of our locations from May 1 to December 31, 2025.
For the remainder of the season, you will have no need for cash or credit card at the Port Angeles Farmers’ Market, our pop-up markets around town, or when ordering from any of us online. Simply charge your purchases on your PA Fresh tab. Note: You must spend the money in your account by December 31, 2025. Any money left at the end of the year will be considered a donation to PA Fresh and will not carry over to next year.
As a member of PA Fresh you will be invited to:
- Seasonal picnics on our farms
- Priority ordering on poultry from Hidden Penny Farm.
- Option for pre-order items from Wild Edge, The Sawtooth Ranch, Hidden Penny, and Maker and Baker before market.
- Gifted specialty items on occasion.

When you join PA Fresh you invest in farms, regenerative land use, good husbandry, and of course, delicious, fresh food…it makes all the difference!
Our 2025 farms and producers:
New this year, Centerstone Community Farm aims to provide various fruits (Cherries, Plums, Peaches, Pears, Asian Pears, Apricots, Apples and Strawberries) as well as eggs (Chicken and Duck) and poultry (Goose, Duck and Turkey) to the members of PA Fresh.
Maker and Baker makes a variety of breads and other baked goods using 100% organic, locally grown and milled flour from Chimacum Grainery. The bread has just three ingredients: flour, water, and salt, and uses no added yeast, just a nearly-decade-old sourdough starter. Look for it at the Port Angeles Farmers Market on Saturdays year round.
The Sawtooth Ranch is a diversified Farmstead located on the edge of Salt Creek offering organically and seasonally fresh vegetables and orchard fruit. We also sell Whole and Half Lambshares in the fall, as well as quail eggs and a bounty of foraged goods throughout the season. We will vend throughout the season at the PA Farmers Market, through the Wild Edge online farmstand, at pop-ups in person and at the farm by appointment.
Wild Edge Farm raises pastured Tamworth pork, grass-fed and finished Angus cross beef, chicken eggs, and a diversity of produce from apples to zucchini. We offer pre-ordered deliveries in Port Angeles and farm pick up year ’round along with our presence at the PA Farmers Market and seasonal pop-up markets.
Hidden Penny Farm specializes in vegetables and poultry. Throughout the season you will find a diverse mix of vegetables including all the mixed salad greens, cooking greens, roots, fruits, and more! We offer fresh chicken once a month from June – November. We sell at the Port Angeles Farmers Market on Saturdays and at pop-up markets around PA in late summer.

If you would prefer to pay with cash or check, please make checks to Hidden Penny Farm and mail them to 2502 Monroe Rd. or drop them off with Melissa or Andy at the farmers market.
